How does it work?

The first step:

Get in touch! With any project the key is to share your thoughts and ideas so we can begin to build a picture of how we can create wonderful things for you.

Send Samantha a message and book in for a chat, share ideas via email or arrange a time to meet and chat face to face.

By utilising tools like Pinterest, creating colour charts from inspiring images and collaging ideas to get a feel for how things should look, we can work together to get a set of ideas you are really happy with that will provide a platform to take the ideas into the space.

We will also contact your venue and/or tent supplier to build an understanding of the scale and context of the job. Where necessary we will organise a visit to the venue to gather further information and discuss relevant details (i.e. fixings and timings) with the events manager. This information can then be used to produce designs for the space and a quote.

A chat and basic consultation costs nothing!

If you would like to progress a stage and create mood boards and discuss your ideas, then consultation fees apply.

Then there is a choice…

Designs can be put together from a straightforward hire of suitable stock items picked out and assembled to best represent your requirements. This will be colour customised to make it personal to you and we can provide flowers to fit, or work with a florist of your choice to make sure the whole look is perfectly harmonious.


We can take the next step and create a more bespoke design. Hand drawn illustrations will be provided to give you ideas, and to show you how decorations can transform the space. We can source and oversee all the creative elements of your day from chosen supplier liaison to sourcing and providing anything you need. You can be as involved or as hands free as you choose.

Further design services include; sourcing, supplier liaison and on the day support.

From flowers to stationery, linen to furniture, looks can be curated seamlessly and to incredible effect.

In-house we provide:

handmade and bespoke designed floral ceiling centrepieces and chandeliers, chiffon and fabric drapes, scenery, props, trees and foliage, bespoke table dressing and flowers, table plans and escort card displays, cake tables, lighting and sound and sensory. In fact, everything you need to set the scene!

We will outsource:

The perfect tableware, furniture, dance-floors, performance art, stationery and linen. Anything you would like can be taken care of. We will make sure it is best suited to your needs and the overall look is flawless. Costs for outside services will be transparent.

Once everything has come together the magic happens!

Our hand selected team of professionals will install all the decorations at your venue and then return to remove them at times best suited to you, the venue and other ‘on the day’ service providers. Whatever it takes to make sure the event runs on schedule, we will do.
